NAUSHAHRO FEROZE, July 3: Three men kidnapped their three nephews from the Suhno Siyal village, near Mithiani, on Monday.

A widow, Hawa Siyal, was living in the village with her three sons — Ayaz (10), Ehtasham (8), and Aijaz (4) — and her brothers.

On Monday, the three children, who were playing outside their house, were kidnapped by their uncles — A. Wadhayo, Pathan Khan and Mir.The Mithiani police have lodged an FIR and are investigating.

PROTEST: Eighteen councillors and the Naib Nazim of union council Darya Khan Mari staged a demonstration against the Nazim outside the district Nazim’s office on Monday.

The protesting councillors including Abdul Hafeez, Aftab, Ghulam Haider, Abdul Rehman, Ali, Ms Rasheeda Begum, and Ms Naseem complained that Nazim Ali Akbar Khaskheli was biased as he was obtaining development schemes only for those areas where his relatives resided while ignoring other areas.
