KARACHI, June 26: The Islami Jamiat Talaba Karachi has announced that will run a campaign against the task force for the improvement of higher education since, according to it, recommendations of the force are against education and the people of the country.

Speaking at a press conference at the Karachi Press Club on Wednesday, the office bearers of the IJT observed that the task force was working under the influence of the international donor agencies which had their own agenda and were least interested in the promotion of education at any level in the country.

IJT Nazims at the two public sector universities observed that once again attempts were being made to introduce such a system at the universities which would ultimately eliminate the chances of any relevance of education to the needs and circumstance of the people.
