Japan bars 64 foreigners
TOKYO, June 25: Japanese police said on Tuesday that 64 foreigners had been refused entry into the country as part of security measures.
The National Police Agency (NPA) said that of those denied entry between May 26 and June 24, 51 were British nationals and two Irish.
Japan will host a semifinal between Brazil and Turkey in Saitama on Wednesday and the final in Yokohama on Sunday.—Reuters
