NEW YORK, June 25: The Pakistan Navy chief, Admiral Abdul Aziz Mirza, would meet the defence department officials at the Pentagon on July 15, sources told Dawn on Tuesday.
Admiral Mirza has been invited by his US counterpart Admiral Vern Clark, Chief of Naval operations. The visit would officially begin on July 13 when Admiral Mirza would arrive in New York.
Besides his meeting at the Pentagon, Admiral Mirza will visit the US Naval Academy in Maryland and Norfolk (Virginia).
