Complaint of low voltage

TIMERGARA, June 13: Owing to the persisting low voltage in various parts of Lower Dir district, electrical appliances in many households have ceased to function, incurring heavy financial losses to the poor consumers.

Though the government had okayed many power supply schemes for some villages in the district in 1994 to overcome low voltage problem, Wapda did not complete the projects despite getting payment.— Correspondent
