DHAKA, June 13: Former Bangladesh prime minister Sheikh Hasina has finally decided to join the parliament “in principle” but has not specified the date.

She made the announcement after a meeting of her party’s central working committee.

The AL has been boycotting the parliamentary session from the beginning after Oct 1 general election in which the BNP-led four- party alliance won a two-thirds majority.
