Magistrate court demanded

By Our Correspondent

LAKKI MARWAT, June 10: District lawyers have requested NWFP authorities to establish a judicial magistrate court at Serai Naurang, as 55 per cent cases of the area are in pending or under process in various courts of Lakki Marwat.

District Bar Association President Zain ud Din Khan, advocates Tariq Aziz Shadaab and Habibullah of Khyber Law Chambers explained that the lawyers, their clients and other people concerned had to travel 100 kilometres daily to Lakki Marwat city to deal with the references. This practice not only wasted precious time of the lawyers and people, but also costed them huge amount of money, they added.

They also thanked Peshawar High Court chief justice for appointing more judges in different courts to dispense speedy justice throughout the province, particularly in Lakki Marwat District.
