ISLAMABAD June 9: The Defence of Pakistan and Afghanistan Council is (DPAC) holding a ‘National Solidarity Conference’ here on Monday, in an apparent bid to salvage the political divide on the standoff between Pakistan and India over the Kashmir issue.
