LARKANA, May 25: The Nazim, Naib Nazim and 15 councillors of the union council No:2, Kambar taluka, threatened to resign if the development schemes, they had submitted to the taluka Nazim, were not included in the current phase of development.

Talking to newsmen on Saturday in Kambar, Ayub Ansari, Nazim, Khuda Bakhsh Magsi, Naib Nazim, and others alleged that they had submitted the schemes to the taluka Nazim amounting to Rs2,000,000 and pertaining to the construction of roads and repairing of the sewerage lines and others in the union council. They alleged that all the schemes were rejected.

They appealed to the Sindh governor to intervene and get the matter resolved. They announced that they would take out a rally to press the Nazim for accepting their demands on coming Tuesday.

The councillors who have threatened to resign include Nazo Brohi, Panah Khatoon Chandio, Khatoon Brohi, Raiza Begum Mangi, Mohammed Hanif Soomro, Abdul Hamid Brohi, Nisar Ahmed Brohi, Umid Ali Pathan, Abdul Ghani Brohi, Akbar Ali Brohi, Abdul Razzak Mirjat, Muhktiar Ahmed Shaikh, Manzoor Ahmed Shaikh and Mohammed Yusuf Brohi.
