NEW DELHI, May 24: Indian Prime Minister Atal Behari Vajpayee has written letters to US President George Bush, Russian President Vladimir Putin and British Prime Minister Tony Blair on the tensions with Pakistan, an official said on Friday.

The letters protest Pakistan’s alleged “cross-border terrorism” in Kashmir and warn that “New Delhi’s patience is running out”, the official said.—AFP
