By Our Staff Reporter

ISLAMABAD, May 22: The Supreme Court issued a notice on Wednesday to the accountability prosecutor-general on the petition of Makhdoom Javed Hashmi, who sought transfer of his case from the accountability court No 4 to any other court at Lahore.

Advocate Akram Sheikh, appearing for Hashmi, acting president of the Pakistan Muslim League (N), said the accountability court was prejudiced against his client and was proceeding under the direction of the National Accountability Bureau.
