HYDERABAD, May 22: Hyderabad Region Additional Inspector General of Police Abdur Rauf Yousufzai has suspended Matli DSP Haji Noor Ali Mari on the charges of inefficiency and negligence in duty and a departmental inquiry has also been ordered against him.
The district police officer, Badin, had also submitted reports against the DSP stating that he was irresponsible, inefficient and usually remained absent from his duty.
The DPO had reported that the DSP remained untraceable during emergency and was in the habit of leaving his office without intimation to and permission of the competent authority.
The AIGP in his order said the DSP was issued displeasure note and explanation letter and advised to improve his performance but in vain.
ARRESTED: The Hyderabad region police during its ongoing campaign against outlaws have arrested six absconders, six criminals, two Patharidars and two proclaimed offenders.
The Hyderabad district police arrested three absconders two Patharidars and one criminal and recovered one dagger.
The Dadu police arrested three criminals and recovered three pistols and two rounds.
Three absconders and two proclaimed offender were arrested by the Sanghar police while one absconder and one criminal were arrested by the Mirpurkhas police.
