ISLAMABAD, May 13: Younger brother of a local journalist has been missing for the last 17 days from G-9 Markaz.

Hashim Abro told Margalla police that his younger brother, Hakim Abro, 17, who worked at Optic Centre in G-9 Markaz had come to Islamabad seven months ago.

Earlier, he lived with his parents in Larkana, but shifted to the capital after the death of his father who was a teacher at Cadet College, Pitaro (Sindh).

The mother of Mr Abro has been in coma since her younger son went missing.

When this reporter approached Margalla police, they said efforts were being made to recover the missing boy, and help of police of other cities was also being sought
