Couple crushed
FAISALABAD, May 6: A couple was crushed to death on Sunday night by a speeding bus on the Khurrianwala-Jaranwala Road.
Muhammad Iqbal and his wife Parveen Bibi were going to Bazaar on a bicycle when the accident occurred. Both of them sustained serious injuries and died on the way to hospital.
Khurrianwala police have registered a case against the absconding driver.
BOY MURDERED: A boy was axed to death on Monday by two outlaws over an old enmity at Chak 254-RB, Dijkot.
Muhammad Irshad was attacked by Muhammad Farooq and his accomplice when he was on his way home from fields. He died on the spot.
