KARACHI: Man gets life term

KARACHI, April 29: The Additional District and Sessions Judge, Central, Ahmed Nawaz Shaikh, sentenced on Monday a man to life term in a murder case.

Abdul Hafeez Bari had stabbed Noor Muhammed to death on Sept 28, 1995, in the limits of the Khawaja Ajmair Nagri. The accused also burned the body of his victim.

According to prosecution, Bari was the holder of a life insurance policy and he had killed Noor Muhammed to file an insurance claim.
