SHEIKHUPURA, April 22: Two women were killed and a man received wounds in road accidents in and around the city here on Monday.
Siraj Bibi was knocked down and killed by a speeding car near Kala Shah Kaku on the GT Road, some 42 km from here. She was crossing the road.
Another speeding car crushed to death Inayat Bibi on the GT Road. She was also crossing the road.
Abdul Ghafoor sustained serious wounds when he was hit by a speeding car on the Faisalabad Road, some 12 km from here. He was shifted to a nearby hospital in precarious condition.
Police are going into the matter.
