Blackburn, Chelsea share points
LONDON, April 11: Blackburn Rovers and Chelsea battled out a goalless draw at Ewood Park Wednesday that did little good to either club’s cause in the Premier League.
Chelsea scraped above Newcastle United into fourth place, the final Champions League qualifying spot, on goal difference, but they have only three games left to Newcastle’s five.
League Cup winners Blackburn stay one place above the relegation zone but are now three points clear of third-bottom Ipswich with a game in hand.—Reuters
