NAWABSHAH, April 10: The additional inspector general of police, Sukkur, Syed Nayyar Hasnain Hyder, presided over a meeting of senior police officials of Nawabshah district here on Wednesday.

District Police Officer Khamiso Khan Memon, the DIG (operation), Sukkur, Mushtaq Shah, SP investigation Mumtaz Junejo and Saddar TPO Saghir Shaikh were present in the meeting.

The AIGP, Sukkur, directed the officers to improve law and order situation in the district and make efforts to resolve the problems of public.

He said that strict action would be taken against irresponsible officers.

The DPO of Nawabshah briefed him about law and order situation in the district and informed that police and public were cooperating with each other to eliminate crime and make Nawabshah a peaceful district.
