Kuwait to stiffen labour law

KUWAIT CITY, April 9: Kuwait has decided to put restrictions on private companies for hiring expatriates on jobs meant for Kuwaitis.

Kuwait minister of social affairs and labour, Talal Al Ayarr said in a press statement on Tuesday that the ministry was coordinating with other governments to work out on the restrictions on the appointment of expatriates in some professions which can be filled by Kuwaitis.
