LAHORE, April 7: A man was shot dead in Burky on Saturday.
Police said Nasir Masih, 23, had relations with the sister of one Shahzad in Mir Town. Shahzad shot at and injured him when he came to know about their relations. The injured was taken to hospital where he died.
FOUND HANGED: A woman was found hanged in her room in South Cantonment here on Saturday.
Munir told police that her wife, Samina, 24, was upset over some issue. She committed suicide by hanging herself with a ceiling fan.
Her parents, however, claimed that she was murdered.
SUICIDE: A youth committed suicide in Chuhng on Saturday.
The family of Akbar, 20, claimed that he set himself ablaze when they refused to give him money for drugs. He was taken to hospital where he died. — Staff Reporter
