ISLAMABAD, March 31: The Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) senior vice president, Akram Zaki, has said the party president and former prime minister, Nawaz Sharif, will soon return to take part in the forth coming general elections.

Speaking to a delegation of Pakistan Human Rights Organisation at the PML(N) camp office here on Sunday, Mr Zaki said disciples of a former dictator were hatching conspiracies to weaken the founder’s party.

The country had suffered in the 70’s due to similar conspiracies, he added.

He said those responsible for the removal of a democratically elected government were part of a plan to extend the rule of the present regime.
