ISLAMABAD, March 31: The Pakistan Telecommunication Company (PTCL) has earmarked Rs15 million to upgrade and modernize Telecom Foundation schools.

Two more schools would be opened in near future, Iftikhar Ahmad Raja, member of the PTCL administration, said, while speaking at a prize distribution ceremony, held at Telecom Foundation Public School here the other day.

He said the company had earlier donated five million rupees for the expansion of the schools and establishment of libraries.

He added that the PTCL was endeavouring to equip its schools with modern facilities so that they could produce good students.

Mr Raja said the company would help the managements of the schools in achieving that objective.
