LAHORE, March 30: Aligarh Club defeated Imperial Club by three wickets on home ground, in the first Model Town Invitational Cricket Cup tournament on Friday.

IMPERIAL CLUB: 231 for all in 35 overs (Zubair Idrees 56, Jamshed 40, Ali Akbar 38, Shahid Khan 35; Rehan Rauf 5/34).

ALIGARH CLUB: 232 for seven in 30 overs (Khurram 69, Mahmood 30, Shakeel 27; Abid 2/25, Zubair 2/41).
