LAHORE, March 30: The Pakistan Islamic Medical Association has expressed serious concern over the killings of doctors in the country.

Speaking at two days doctors convention held here on Saturday, the speakers said that no Muslim could be involved in such a heinous crime. They urged the government to provide protection to doctors and nail terrorists.

Some 1500 doctors from all over the world participated in the convention.

Meanwhile, PIMA president Dr Hafizurrehman said that the PIMA would introduce a model syllabus for medical colleges with collaboration of the Islamic University Consortium. — Staff Reporter
