ISLAMABAD, March 22: A four-member British parliamentary delegation, comprising Peter Pike, David Chaytor, Mohammad Sarwar and Lord Alibhai Bhatia, called on Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar here on Friday.
During the meeting important matters relating to Pakistan-UK bilateral relations, Pakistan’s regional situation and the government’s internal reform agenda were discussed.
The delegation appreciated various measures adopted by the government internally and the position it had taken to confront extremism and terrorism.— APP
