Four injured in Indian shelling

By Our Staff Correspondent

MUZAFFARABAD, March 18: Four persons, including three women, were injured in the southern Poonch district of Azad Kashmir on Monday when Indian troops resorted to shelling from across the Line of Control.

The shelling by the Indian troops started at 9 am and continued intermittently until evening, police official Raja Ghulam Sarwar told Dawn here.

He said Indian troops used machineguns and mortars during the unprovoked and indiscriminate shelling.
