QUETTA, March 13: Uniden-tified dacoits deprived a local currency dealer of $80,000 on Wednesday at Bukhari Centre in Qandahri Bazaar.

Police sources said four masked men carrying arms entered the shop of Wali Mohammad at around 11.30, and snatched $80,000; 1,600 Saudi Riyal and Rs700,000 from him at gun point and fled.

The police have blocked the entry and exit points of the city. The victim informed the police that he had business rivalry with some people whose involvement could not be ruled out.
