LAHORE, March 10: The Jamaat-i-Islami launched on Sunday a month-long ‘message of Islam’ campaign throughout the country.

During the first week of the drive, JI workers’ conventions will be organized at tehsil and district level.

In the next two weeks, a door-to-door contact with masses will be initiated and pamphlets and booklets containing basic Islamic teaching will be distributed.

The workers will also get themselves acquainted with the problems of various localities, while corner meetings and question-answer sessions will also be organized.

In the last week, teams will be formed at local and district level which will visit their respective areas for inviting the people towards practising Islamic teachings. The drive will conclude on April 10.
