New bus terminal

Published February 28, 2002

LARKANA, Feb 27: The Zila Nazim, Larkana, Khursheed Ahmad Junejo, and the transporters of Larkana district have agreed in principle to take joint efforts to provide facilities to the transporters at the newly-constructed bus terminal instead of shifting back to the old one.

The transporters of Larkana on Wednesday were convinced by the Zila Nazim to withdraw from their previous demand of shifting back to the old bus stand, however in return the transporters demanded facilities at the new bus terminal.

The Zila Nazim asked the transporters to present their demands to him in writing while he assured that all the genuine demands of the transporters including providing the facilities of garages, shops, restaurants and other facilities would be provided to the transporters.

The Zila Nazim also assured the transporters that the architects would be asked to consult transporters before the designing of the new shops and restaurants.
