OKARA, Feb 18: A woman was shot dead over a petty issue in 2/D, Hujra Shah Muqeem village on Monday.

Iqbal bibi was reportedly standing in a bazaar when her relatives Zainab and Sultan asked her not to stay there. Iqbal, following an exchange of hot words, told the matter to her uncle Ghafoor Baluch. He went to the bazaar and shot dead Zainab. Sultan managed to escape.
