90 arrested in Hangu

HANGU, Jan 29: The district police took into custody 90 alleged outlaws, and recovered weapons and narcotics from their possession on Tuesday.

The detainees included two dacoits, police sources said.

Twelve Kalashnikovs, nine rifles, two pistols and thousands of rounds of different bores were seized. The police also recovered a large quantity of narcotics.

The superintendent of police said that the operation launched against criminals, kidnappers and anti-social elements in the district would continue.
