DADU: Vaccination target not met

DADU, Jan 15: The WHO representative, Dr Rasheed Akhtar Memon, has disclosed that the target of the polio vaccination in district Dadu during Oct and Nov last year had not been met.

Talking to Dawn, he said that the drive against polio had been successful only by 70 per cent of the target set for the district.

He said that polio day would be observed from Jan 22 to 24 in Karachi, Hyderabad and Jacobabad districts.—Correspondent
