HYDERABAD, Jan 15: The authorities of Mehran University of Engineering and Technology (MUET) announced here on Tuesday that the entry test of the candidates who had submitted their forms under the joint programme of the MUET and Baqai Medical University, Karachi, scheduled to be held on Jan 19 had been postponed till further announcement.

DATE EXTENDED: The director admissions, University of Sindh, Jamshoro, announced here on Tuesday that the last date for depositing admission fee of masters/bachelors degree programmes in quota oriented disciplines for the academic year 2002 previously fixed as Jan 14 and 15 had been extended up to Jan 16.

HOSTELS: The provost of the Sindh University hostels announced here on Tuesday for the information of the new students of part-I of bachelor classes and students of previous classes of master degree programme that the hostel allotment forms were available at the Habib Bank Limited,

SU branch, Jamshoro, on payment of Rs50 through bank challan.

The last date for submission of application forms at the office of the provost has been fixed at Jan 24.
