PESHAWAR: PADC plans conference

PESHAWAR, Jan 14: The Pakistan Afghan Defence Council will organize a ‘defence conference’ in Shahi Bagh on Jan 27, says a statement on Monday.

The provincial president of the council, Maulana Amanullah, and others said in the statement that the conference would evolve a joint strategy to force the US to withdraw its forces from Pakistan, make the country’s security strong and strengthen religious parties.—Bureau Report
