Libyan envoy arrives
ISLAMABAD, Jan 11: Dr Saleem Ibrahim Ben Amer, coordinator of International and People’s Organization, arrived here on Friday as special envoy of the Libyan Leader Col Muammer Qadhafi, said the foreign office.
Dr Amer will call on Foreign Minister Abdul Sattar and deliver a message from the Libyan leader to President Musharraf conveying concerns at the Indian troop build-up and stressing the need for defusing the tension.—APP
