NWFP fight back

KARACHI, Jan 9: Rest of NWFP staged some sort of a fight back against Peshawar by reaching 155 for seven in their second innings on a curtailed second day of the Quaid Trophy fixture at Arbab Niaz Stadium Wednesday.

According to details available from Peshawar, more than 24 overs were lost during the day because of bad light.

NWFP, facing a slender seven-run deficit, now lead by 148 with Asmatullah holding the fort with an unbeaten 54.
