CPNE meeting today
ISLAMABAD, Jan 3: An emergency meeting of the editors based in Islamabad/Rawalpindi has been convened at the Council of Pakistan Newspaper Editors Secretariat at 11am on Friday to consider the ban on the publication of Daily Dopehar by the Islamabad administration.
The secretary-general of the CPNE, Zahid Malik, condemned the ban and termed it an arbitrary action directly contravening the freedom of the press, said a press release, issued here on Thursday.
