Inter-district hockey

Published January 2, 2002

LAHORE, Jan 1: Inter-club matches will be played in five different districts of Punjab from Jan 7 to 9 to remove minor irritants remaining in the scrutiny of hockey clubs in these district.

The districts in which the process is being repeated after receiving some complaints in early process of the scrutiny are Rawalpindi, Attock, Norwal, Chakwal and Kasur.

According to a plan chalked out by the Pakistan Hockey Federation (PHF) the inter-club matches will be played in all the five districts to scrutinise the bogus club.
