KARACHI, Dec 28: The National Alien Registration Authority (NARA) will launch the registration of illegal immigrants living in Pakistan from January 1, 2002, NARA sources told APP here on Friday.

The Authority has given 3 month amnesty period for such illegal immigrants to get themselves registered with NARA.

The registered immigrants will get legal status after they are issued work permit.— APP
