Seth Farooq shot dead
HYDERABAD, Dec 26: Seth Mohammad Farooq, son of late Seth Wali Bhai Akbar Ji, a scion of the Fatah family, was shot dead at Mahmood Garden Chowk, Latifabad, in his car here on Wednesday night.
Seth Farooq was headed for his home in his car when he was intercepted and shot dead by one Altaf.
Mr Farooq was said to have been killed by Mr Altaf over rivalry over a girl.
The latter has been arrested by the police. He is said to be injured. However, how he became injured could not be ascertained.
Mr Farooq’s body was taken to the Bhatai Hospital for a post-mortem.
