KARACHI: India asked to restore bus, train services

By Our Staff Reporter

KARACHI, Dec 26: The Pakistan-India Peoples’ Forum for Peace and Democracy has condemned the dastardly act of terrorism near the Indian parliament on Dec 13 and called upon India to form a high-level judicial commission to expose the elements behind the incident.

The forum also urged Pakistan to start investigation against all those organizations and groups which were suspected by Indian government.

It also expressed concern over the threatening statements issued by Indian ministers and functionaries and follow up measures of stopping bus and train services between Lahore and Delhi and withdrawal of their high commissioner from Islamabad.

The forum demanded the Indian government to stop its ministers and functionaries from flaring up the situation through their irresponsible statements and restore train and bus services between the two countries to facilitate the common man.
