KARACHI: SSUET wins PTV quiz

KARACHI, Dec 24: A team of Sir Syed University of Engineering and Technology, which took part in the All-Pakistan Inter-University Quaid-i-Azam Quiz Competition, held at the PTV’s Islamabad centre, has won the final of the quiz.

The final of the quiz was held between the SSUET and Quaid-i-Azam University teams. The SSUET team, comprising Ashar Badar, Naila Asad and Furqan Aziz, won the title of Brain of Pakistan and gold medals by defeating the QAU, getting 190 points in the final.

Teams of some 43 universities, recognized by the University Grants Commission, took part in the quiz competition, held in all four provincial capitals during the last three months.—PPI
