Uthal phone subscribers’ grievance
HUB, Dec 23: Residents and business community of Uthal have complained that PTCL has been depriving them of telephone facility during nights for over one week.
Their telephone connections remain dead from 7pm to 8am. During these 13 hours they lose touch with the rest of the country.
