Two bandits arrested

DADU, Dec 22: Two dacoits were arrested by Dadu police in a raid in the Eidgah area here on Saturday.

Three police parties of Dadu police conducted the raid near degree college Dadu and arrested two alleged dacoits Bahadur Chandio and Mohammad Chandio while their two accomplices Gulab and Zulfiqar Chandio escaped.

Two pistols and 25 bullets were recovered from the possession of arrested dacoits.

Dadu police have registered two separate FIRs of 13D Arms Ordinance.

The SHO Dadu police station, inspector Mukhtiar Sario told Dawn that the arrested dacoits were involved in several crimes committed in the jurisdiction of Dadu, Jhalo and other police stations of the district.

VISIT: DIG Hyderabad range, paid surprise visits to Dadu and Sehwan police stations and checked the records.
