Police inspector suspended
GUJRANWALA, Dec 19: The SHO of Tetley police station was suspended from service on Wednesday by the range DIG on the charge of inefficiency.
Inspector Azhar Saeed Manj was reluctant to register a criminal case against some influential people. However, he registered a case on the directive of senior police officer. On receiving information, the DIG suspended him from service and issued a show-cause notice.
Inspector Manj was posted at Tetley a few months ago.
