Anti-US graffiti

SPIN BOLDAK, Dec 16: Graffiti warning Afghans against cooperating with the United States have appeared on the walls of the southern Afghan town of Spin Boldak, bordering Pakistan, witnesses said on Sunday.

“The American agents are doomed to death,” read one inscription in the dusty main market.

“The people should stop their relatives and friends from cooperating with the United States,” read another.

Municipal workers were busy trying to erase the messages, witnesses said.
