KHAIRPUR, Dec 15: A group of six unidentified armed robbers barged into the house of one Muhammad Hashim in Syed Mohalla in Khan Wahan area near here late Friday night and held the house inmates hostage.
They tortured Muhammad Qasim, 22, when he offered resistance. The armed men robbed gold jewellery and cash and escaped.
