Four wounded in accident near Thatta

THATTA, Dec 15: Five persons including four sons of PML (N) district Thatta president Abdul Rehman Memon were injured, one of them critically, when their car collided head-on with a truck some six km off Thatta on Saturday afternoon.

Dr Ilyas Memon, Naeem Memon, Munawwar Ali and Mujeeb-ur-Rehman were heading to Karachi in their car being driven by driver Punhoon.

Negotiating a blind turn near Pathan Colony, the car collided head- on with a truck coming from opposite direction rendering injuries to all.

Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, the eldest brother who was injured critically, was rushed to Karachi while the rest were treated here0 and later drove back to their native coastal town Chuhar Jamali.
