12 injured as wagon rams into truck

KASUR, Dec 14: Twelve passengers were injured, four of them seriously, on Friday in an accident on the Lahore-Kasur Road.

A speeding wagon crashed into a truck coming from the opposite side near Paki Haveli. As a result, 12 passengers received injuries and were admitted to a local hospital. The four seriously injured — Bashiran Bibi, Seeman Bibi, Sughran Bibi and Amanat Masih — were shifted to the General Hospital, Lahore, in precarious condition.

Police are going into the matter.

ABDUCTED: A young girl was abducted on Friday by six outlaws at Chah Maliwala village, Khudian.

Muhammad Akram and his accomplices barged into Mehr Din’s house in his absence and took away his daughter Rubina Bibi.

Police have registered a case.

Meanwhile, Raiwind police conducted a raid on a village at the Arman Singh Road and recovered 100 bottles of liquor.

A case has been registered.
