KARACHI, Dec 11: Two more prosecution witnesses were examined here on Tuesday by Dr Qamaruddin Bohra, judge of an accountability court, in a reference against former minister of defence Syed Ghous Ali Shah.
The accused is facing trial on a charge of making 103 illegal appointments in CAA.
Mubarik Shah, who deposited surety for the accused, appeared in the court and submitted that the accused would come back as soon as his treatment abroad was complete.—APP
